This policy explains what information Rosolini Edgewater ("we", "us") collects through rosoliniusa.com, how we use it and the choices you have. It covers this website only; services we link to, such as reservations and online ordering, have their own policies.

Information You Give Us

• La Famiglia sign-up: your email, and if you choose, your first name, birthday (month and day only) and mobile number, plus whether you agreed to emails and texts and the exact wording you agreed to.
• Pasta class interest list: your name, email, phone, the number of seats and times you prefer, and any message.
• Contact and careers forms: your name, email, phone if given, the role you are interested in and your message.

With each form we also record the page it was sent from, the time and your browser type, to spot spam and fix problems.

Information Collected Automatically

We use DataFast, a privacy-friendly analytics service, to count visits and see which pages and links are used. It may set a cookie to recognise a returning visitor. We may also use Promvia to measure visits that come from AI search tools, which sets its own visitor cookie. Your browser stores your shop cart and whether you dismissed the "add to home screen" banner on your own device; we do not receive that.

How We Use It

• To reply to your message or application.
• To send the emails and texts you signed up for: specials, events, holiday menus and birthday offers.
• To plan pasta classes and let you know when dates open.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.

Text Messages

We text you only if you tick the text-message box and give your number. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time or HELP for help. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the website and contact you, such as our website host and database, our email and text message providers and our analytics provider, and only for that purpose. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

When you book a table, order online, buy a gift card or check out from our shop, you do so on Resy, Butter (makeitbutter.com), Uber Eats, DoorDash or Shopify. They collect and handle that information under their own privacy policies.

How Long We Keep It

We keep sign-ups until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and messages and applications for as long as we need them to respond and keep reasonable business records.

Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email.
• Stop texts by replying STOP.
• Ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing info@rosoliniusa.com.

Children

This website is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS and sign-ups and messages are kept in a private database that only our staff can see. No method of storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information.
