Bring a Bottle to Dinner
Rosolini is BYOB. Bring the wine you love, or the beer you like with pizza, and we will open, chill and pour it while you enjoy Sicilian cooking on the Edgewater waterfront.
No Corkage Fee
There is no corkage fee. Glassware, ice buckets and a corkscrew are on us.
21 and Over
Everyone drinking must be 21 or older. Please bring a valid ID; our team may ask for it.

BYOB applies at every service, at the table, in the private room and for buyouts.
Forgot a bottle? We pour New Jersey wines from Hopewell Valley Vineyards by the glass or bottle.See the wine list.

Is Rosolini BYOB?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own wine or beer to dinner or brunch at Rosolini, 86 The Promenade, Edgewater, NJ 07020. There is no corkage fee. Our team opens, chills and pours it for you.
What can I bring?
Wine and beer only. New Jersey law does not allow spirits or liquor to be brought into a BYOB restaurant. Everyone drinking must be 21 or older with a valid ID.

Can I buy wine at Rosolini too?
Yes. We pour New Jersey wines from Hopewell Valley Vineyards in Pennington, NJ, by the glass or the bottle: reds, whites and a dry sparkling wine. See our wine list.
Can we bring wine to a private party?
