Our Local Vineyard
Every wine we pour is made and bottled in New Jersey by Hopewell Valley Vineyards in Pennington.
The winery belongs to the Neri family, who bring three generations of Tuscan winemaking to the Hopewell Valley. The family made wine in Brunello di Montalcino and still keeps vineyards in Chianti Classico, between Florence and Siena. Master vintner Sergio Neri pairs that Old World craft with a New World style.
On our list you will find Italian favorites like Barbera next to Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio and a dry Spumante Secco, by the glass or by the bottle.

Yes. Our Hopewell Valley Vineyards wines are served by the glass or by the bottle, with a few special bottles by the bottle only. Our mimosa and sangria are made with the same New Jersey wines.
Can I bring my own bottle?
Yes. Rosolini is BYOB for wine and beer. There is no corkage fee.
